My Findings & Verdict

My Rating

4.0

Longevity Stack Supergreens offer an expertly crafted blend of essential minerals and vitamins, providing a significant boost in energy. This product is ideal for anyone who is looking to enhance their diet and overall nutritional intake.

Among its many strengths, this greens powder stands out for its all round appeal. Its subtle flavor ensures it does not overpower, making it a suitable choice for those new to greens powders. On top of this, the gentle formulation is easy on the digestive system, further broadening its suitability.

Taste

When I first tried Longevity Stack Supergreens I would say it has a very plant like taste, almost grass like, which you would expect, but ot does have a very natural taste.

It doesn’t contain an overbearing flavour like other greens, some of which have  flavours to mask the greens taste. This makes it ideal for a smoothie since you will have a much higher choice of flavours when you make it

I can confidently recommend Longevity Stack Supergreens to a wide audience, particularly for those in search of a reliable and effective greens powder.

Why you should trust me

Unlike a lot of other companies who only research the ingredients and make a judgement base soley on that, I acutally try the products I review!

I’ve been using Longevity Stack Supergreens for 3 months to really get a feel for how this Super Greens Powder really works, if indeed it does work.

It’s also important to be able to say how these products taste and feel in the mouth, not something you can do if you haven’t used the product.

I’ve also spent the time researching ingredients, working through the papers and research reports that show what can and won’t work. I’ve also spent the last 5 years in the supplements business so know a thing or two about ingredients. For more see the about us page.

How I evaluated Longevity Stack Supergreens

Evaluating a product like Longevity Stack Supergreens is relatively straightforward. First and foremost I have tried this product myself so I know what it tastes like and how it makes me feel.

I have then broken down my evaluation into specific criteria that I believe reflect the information needed by someone looking to buy this product. Then I have done whatever additional research is necessary to make a confident assessment of a product’s potential.

I have started with ingredients as this is one on the most important parts of my final rating assessment. Provided there’s nothing in there I wouldn’t take myself or at least a suspicion that someone might want to try a given supplement, I move on to try the product myself. I will only do this if I believe that the product is safe, has safe levels of ingredients and I know what I am putting in my body.

After that I want to see if the product is effective in doing what is claims to do. It’s difficult to know if I will live longer after taking the product for 3 months, but I can comment on how I feel after taking it.

The last criteria for my evaluation comprises prices, discounts, subscription service, customer service, and more. These are all less influential in my overall ratings, but they are often the things that can tip the scales for anyone looking to try a supplement for the first time, or anyone who is torn between two products.

Let’s take a closer look at each of these criteria for a clearer picture of whether Longevity Stack Supergreens Powder is be a good fit for you.

Longevity Stack Supergreens Ingredients – 4/5

longevity stack supergreens supplement facts

The list of ingredients is considerable compared to other greens powders, with quality doses. There is nothing in here I wouldn’t take myself, so I have been using this product for over 3 months now.

The blends included in the powder don’t have the amounts of each ingredient only the amount of the blend per serving.

Whilst I have been assured that the blends are unique to Longevity Stack Supergreens, I think it would have been more transparent for customers to see exactly what is in each blend. I didn’t see anything that gave any cause for concern because as I don’t know the exact amounts of each ingredient, at least the ingredient list is visible.

That being said, the bag might not be big enough the show all of the amounts of each blend, they have crammed so much in there.

There are five main blends in Longeveity Stack Supergreens:

vitamins tablets

The main vitamin blend

Not actually a blend, but the list of vitamins is impressive. The only vitamin I can see that is missing from the mix is vitamin D3. This is because many people already take D3.

The 21 vitamins and minerals included in a serving of Longevity Box Supergreens are similar to traditional multivitamins, including several B vitamins in doses over 100% of the Daily Value. B vitamins have proven in clinical trials to benefit mood in healthy and at-risk individuals.

Many other vitamins are over 100% of the Daily Value, vitamin B12 is over 41,000% of the daily intake which could put people off, however this is seen as safe because the body doesn’t store exess amounts.

The vitamins and minerals that are included are:

Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K2, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium citrate, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Chromium, Sodium, Potassium.

green superfoods

Alkaline superfood complex – 3684mg

This blend is what most others would call a greens blend as it includes Chlorella, Sprirulina and Broccoli, key ingredients of greens powders. Sprirulina  has demonstrated anticancer, antiviral, and antiallergic effects in some clinical trials.

Here is the full list of ingredients in the blend:

Chlorella, Organic Spirulina Powder, Organic Broccoli Powder, Organic Barley Seedling Powder, Organic Moringa Leaf Powder, Organic Apple Powder, Organic Spinach Powder, Carrot Powder, Alfalfa, Betaine, Organic Papaya Powder, Organic Sea Buckthorn Powder, Raspberry Fruit Powder, Rosemary Powder, Hawthorn Fruit Powder, Beet Powder, Kelp, Organic Pineapple Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, Organic Purple Cabbage Powder, Chamomile Powder, Acerola Cherry Powder, Rosehip Powder, Blueberry Powder.

herbs spices

Herbs and antioxidants – 2505mg

Such a shame we can’t tell how much Ashwagandha there is in the blend as it is included in many supplements for a range of ailments and has been shown to safely reduce stress and anxiety in adults.. Green Tea Extract can be found in weight management products, Rhodiola Rosea in pre-workouts and ginger also appears in a large amount of supplements.

Here is the full list of ingredients in the blend:

Quercetin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, Curcumin, Goji Berry Extract, Eleuthero Root, Fo-Ti Root Extract, Dandelion Extract, Rhodiola Rosea Extract, Pterostilbene, Lutein, Fisetin, Ashwagandha Extract, Grapeseed Extract (OPC), Bilberry Extract, Acanthopanax Senticosus Extract, Green Tea Extract, Saw Palmetto Extract, Licorice Extract, Chlorophyllone Sodium salt, Elderberry extract, Ginger Extract, Polygonatum Extract, Jujube Extract, Morinda Officinalis Extract, Dodder Seed Extract, Elm Bark Extract, Spermidine, Glutathione, Chondroitin Sulfate, Hyaluronic Acid.

mushroom blend

Digestive enzyme and mushroom complex – 483mg

Another blend with interesting ingredients that could be game changers for both digestive and nootropic abilities. Lion’s Mane, Chaga and Cordyceps can all be found in nootropics. Mushrooms in themselves make up an entire supplement field for their support of a healthy immune system, stress reduction, and improvement in sleep. These ingredients are constantly undergoing new clinical trials based on their broad spectrum of pharmacological activities, including potential cancer prevention.

Here is the full list of ingredients in the blend:

Lion’s Mane Extract, Cordyceps Extract, Maitake, Ganoderma Lucidum Extract, Chaga Extract, Shiitake Mushroom Extract, Bromelain, Astragalus Polysaccharide

green tea l theanine

Dairy free probiotics with amino acids – 1261mg

Good for anxiety and stress, L-Theanine is an amino acid that is included in this blend. L-Tyrosine is also known to increases dopamine levels which improves mood. Both are great nootropics which is something Longevity Stack Supergreens should be pushing.

Here is the full list of ingredients in the blend:

Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Stereptococcus Thermophilus, Citric Acid, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Glutamine, L-Theanine, AAKG, NAC (N-ACETYL CYSTEINE), Glycine, L-Tyrosine, Glucosamine Sulfate.

Longevity Stack Supergreens Effectiveness – 4/5

Several ingredients in Longevity Stack Supergreens have purported benefits, including boosted energy, recovery, aided digestion, and immunity support.

While there are no direct studies on on this or any other greens products, several of Longevity Box’s claims are supported by clinical trials on the efficacy of greens powders and vitamin and mineral supplements.

Two studies from 2006 and 2009 that looked at the effects of consuming fruit and vegetable powder mixes, showed that systolic and diastolic blood pressure in those tested decreased significantly after taking powder supplements for 90 days, but body weight remianed unchanged.

Looking at the claims of increased energy and cognition, a study in 2020 showed that using vitamin and mineral supplements resulted in health benefits in the areas of mental and physical fatigue and cognitive and psychological functions.

While supplements like Longevity Box Supergreens are no substitute for a healthy diet composed of vitamin and nutrient rich fruits, vegetables, and fiber, they can benefit those suffering from deficiencies and boost overall energy while helping to lower blood pressure.

Longevity Stack Supergreens Costs – 4.5/5

Twelve Months Supply

£287.99

My cost consideration is a combination of price, bulk or subscription discounts, return policy, and shipping costs. Most greens powders cost somewhere between £15 and £100. Longevity Stack Supergreens £39.99 price puts it at the lower end of that range. And like most of its competitors, it suggests you use a subscription program rather than bulk purchase savings.

At the highest bulk purchasing level, the cost per serving of Longevity Stack Supergeens comes down to 80p, which on the face of it is a really good price.

How to take Longevity Stack Supergreens

I like to have my greens in a small glass of water in the morning with breakfast, it honestly is the best way to start your day and it will leave you energised all day.

Longevity stack says on their website that you can take it anytime of the day, with water, milk or in a smoothie. I haven’t tried to mix the powder with anything else as yet, I like the taste as it is so no need for milk or anything else.

Easily incorporate Longevity Greens into your daily routine by mixing it with water – simply stir with a spoon untill fully dissolved for a smooth, tasty and effortless blend.

Longevity Stack Supergreens Final Thoughts

Longevity Stack Supergreens are marketed for the growing healthspan or as the name suggests, longevity. The brand market themselves as having solutions for a better, longer life and have many other products aimed at not just living longer, but living longer healthier.

Whilst it is marketed as longevity, I think this product is for anyone who is looking to add supergreens to their diet or someone who is looking to get a better mix of nutrients in their diet.

Personally I would recommend Longevity Stack Supergreens for anyone who is looking to improve their nutrition specifically anyone who is going to the gym on a regular basis as the amino acids are good for muscle recovery.

I would also recommend this for anyone who is looking for a natural energy boost, whilst I do enjoy coffee I also like the natural energy boost as I find it lasts all day and doesn’t leave you feeling out of energy halfway through the day.
