FULL DISCLOSURE – I used to work at Roar Ambition and worked on the updates to Instant Knockout Cut to allow us to incorporate the meal replacement Instant Knockout Complete.
The last set of changes made to the product were based on the latest research on the best ingredients and dosages to keep Instant Knockout Cut as one of the very best fat burners on the market.
It was also tweaked to make the formula suitable for vegans, the capsules being changed from gelatine to a vegetable compound.

My cost consideration is a combination of price, bulk or subscription discounts, return policy, and shipping costs. Most fat burners cost somewhere between £15 and £75. The single pack cost of Instant Knockout Cut at £40.00 price puts it at the mid to higher end of that range. And like most of its competitors, it suggests you bulk purchase to make savings.

How to take Instant Knockout Cut
One of the things that has always been a little awkward about Instant Knockout Cut is how many times you should take it per day.
The website suggest 1 four times per day, as per this graph:
This would suggest 1 at 8am, then 11am followed by 2pm and then 5pm. Don’t take it before bed time, it has quite a bit of caffeine in it.
By taking four equal doses through-out the main part off the day, you’re burning fat for a longer period of time and you’re absorbing all of each dose.
Instant Knockout Cut Final Thoughts
Instant Knockout Cut is a good product, I know it is because I worked on the update to the formula to include clear vegan capsules, took out the Zinc and Chromium to add in more Glucomannan or Konjac Root, which is recognised as an ingredient that can help manage weight.
I’ve also tried it, but I don’t workout as much as I should so the shredding properties were a little lost on me. Yes you have to do some kind of exercise, these pills don’t work on their own!
The appetite suppressant element of Instant Knockout Cut works, you feel fuller for longer when taking these capsules so you eat less.
